I’m Ganeshan Ganeshwaran, the chief executive officer in this company. I have worked in five major companies in the field of foreign employment in Sri Lanka and I thought to start my own business a few years ago by overcoming shortcomings based on the skills and experience I have gained from the good and bad things I have seen in this field. It is still in my memory as the first step towards the finding of this company.
Later, I worked as a sales executive for “Ali Bin Ali” in Qatar from 2005-2008, as an executive at “Al marai” in 2009-2010, and as a product trainer at HTC company in Dubai until 2014.Traveling to other Middle Eastern and Non – Middle Eastern countries and making relationships with the leading business giants in those countries and with the help of multilingual proficiency, I established “COMPLETE" Foreign Employment Agency in September 2014 in Kurunegala.
It is with great pleasure that I inform you that the company registered with the Sri Lanka Bureau of Foreign Employment under No. 2957 and has now passed several major milestones with thousands of employees going abroad for employment with their positive responses.
